Akamai has moved the affected services onto new hardware and everything is back online, running as it was before the issue.

Some shared cPanel services are currently unavailable due to a hardware issue at our infrastructure provider, Akamai. Their engineers are carrying out emergency work on the affected physical host.
Managed VPS services are unaffected.
